Alicia Muniz is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Fremont, CA. Her career started in 2005 where she worked for a small family-owned brokerage as a senior loan officer. After years of working for a small firm, she stepped into the corporate world and worked for Bank of America and US Bank as a senior loan officer for their mortgage division. Alicia was an in-house mortgage lender for one of the largest real estate companies, where her passion for real estate started. After years of being a mortgage lender Alicia decided to transition to real estate full time. Her natural progression from senior loan officer to full-time Realtor® has given her a circumspect view of real estate that encompasses the perspectives of buyers, sellers, and investors. Understanding both sides of a real estate transaction is extremely instrumental to any buyer or seller to give firsthand knowledge of what it takes to close a transaction from beginning to end.
